Cancellation Policy
All lessons must be paid for at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for canceled lessons, lessons will “roll-over” only in emergency situations (life-threatening). Tardiness or absence due to traffic or illness will not be rolled over, those lessons will be lost in these situations. More than two weeks of lessons canceled in a row (unless previously agreed upon) will result in a loss of the lesson time slot.
